We are often asked which systems to use for risk profiling, back office or cashflow management and there is no defined answer, other than we have built a wealth of experience with all industry IT systems, and they all have a purpose. We are willing to adapt to our clients needs and our scale also means that we can leverage licence fees for some leading software and research systems for your benefit.
Are you genuinely spending as much time on cases as you should, and if you are, is this impacting on the service you are giving to all your clients?
You are a financial planner and we are a Paraplanning business,simple as that. We know what we are good at and we stick to it. We are not IFAs doing a bit of Paraplanning on the side, or glorified administrators. We don’t dilute what we do by offering Paraplanning training or pretending to be industry speakers or evangelists for the Paraplanning cause, we are just really good, really efficient Paraplanners, so our systems, processes and protocols are all about Paraplanning and helping you to build your business the way you want it.
Why should firms outsource Paraplanning when they already have Paraplanners in house?
Well, the answer is the personal touch, and no one knows the individual abilities of your staff as well as you do. Some of your ‘Paraplanners’ may be chomping at the bit to become consultants, ready to help preach your mantra to clients.
