Damian established The Timebank in 2003, and since then has built and refined the proposition to reflect the changing needs of the Financial Planning environment.
During his time in the industry, Damian has only ever operated in the independent sector, so understands the demands of the financial planner better than most.
The majority of Damian's time is spent helping clients get the most out of their relationship with The Timebank by managing our resources towards achieving our client’s business goals.
Colin is responsible for the Technical Direction of The Timebank.

Colin joined The Timebank in 2006 and has driven the business to achieve a very high technical level.
As one of the country's first Chartered Financial Planners, and having worked in both the Independent and Provider sides of the industry, Colin combines technical ability with a rare sense of awareness of our clients need for commercialism and pragmatism.
The majority of Colin’s time is spent helping clients with individual cases, discussing their overall technical direction and strategies and overseeing the Paraplanning team.
Debbie is responsible for the Operational Direction of The Timebank.

Debbie spent the first 10 years of her career in the demanding Broadcast IT and pharmaceutical industries managing service delivery to such names as BBC, Disney, Sanoffi Aventis, Granada and ESPN.
Joining The Timebank in 2004, Debbie has been instrumental in defining and delivering the fundamentals of the bespoke service proposition to our clients that makes us unique.
The majority of Debbie’s time is spent managing individual cases through the various stages of the process to be completed promptly and efficiently and overseeing the administration team.
