Our team are superstars that look after some of the best firms in the profession.
As such, we don’t want people who are just looking for another paraplanning job. We want people who are looking for the next stage of their career.
We recruit quarterly, so if you are keen to become part of any of the teams below, get in touch.
The recruitment process is a little unusual but it does give you the chance to find out about us as we do about you.
- Firstly, we will be looking at your CV to see whether you have the qualifications and skills needed to be able to enjoy the role.
- If this goes well, we will invite you to a teams interview with the Head of Engagement.
- After this, you may be asked to complete a technical test.
- If this goes well, we will invite you to a teams interview with the Head of Culture.
- Finally, if we are happy you are the right kind of person, we will invite you to speak to the existing team and ask them questions about what life is really like here.
Paraplanning Team Member
Our view of a Paraplanner is different to many in the industry, so we want your view of the industry to be different to most Paraplanners.
We are looking for paraplanners that are level 4 qualified and progressing towards or looking to start progressing towards level 6. We expect you to be comfortable acting as a critical friend to our clients and help them towards their business goals.
We expect our Paraplanners to have utmost integrity in all they do, and to carry an attitude of ownership in all issues they encounter. We want a commercially aware individual who has a genuinely progressive way of thinking and above all else, we want you to have more pride in your attitude than in your qualifications.
In return, we offer a unique opportunity to work for one of the most innovative employers in the industry who actively promotes the ‘work to live not live to work’ ethos, the security of a full PAYE position, the freedom to work from home and the support of excellent technology and administrators.
